Circa June 1994 - As part of operations on the Korean peninsula a USARMY OH58c helo was shot down by North Korean PAK anti-aircraft fires. The US Army crew of two was forced to E&E from PAK patrols and deal with life threatening injuries. USAF PJ's were scrambled to assist the aviators but PAK activity in the area delayed deployment until darkness fell. The Cimmerians will reenact this engagement in the Sierra foothill AO.
