10:55 - A-team reports OBJ #2. Adv.s provided decode
and Cmdr relayed to OPSCMD. A-team reported contact. ZULU declared
hot. Absolute security N of phase-line BRAVO not tenable. Cmdr
decides to focus on security @ DELTA and over phase-line BRAVO.
11:00 - B-team reports OBJ #3. Adv.s provided decode and Cmdr relayed to
OPSCMD. Tasked B-team with OBJ #5.
11:15 - Heavy fighting
for phase-line BRAVO. Task Delta Elem with OBJ #4.
11:30 - Delta-Elem
reported OBJ #4. Adv.s provided decode and Cmdr relayed to OPSCMD.
Tasked Delta-Elem to rejoin A-team.
11:45 - CIA Adviser killed in hvy
fighting @ phase-line BRAVO. Codes lost. Cmdr reported loss to
OPSCMD and advised deprecation.
11:55 - B-team discovered and pinned near OBJ
#8. Re-tasked to nearby OBJ #8.
 12:05 - B-team reported OBJ #8 but
Adv.s KIA. Codes lost. Cmdr reported loss to OPSCMD and advised
deprecation. W/O codes, unable to decode OBJ #8. Coded msg secured
at BRAVO.
12:10 - Cmdr announced FRAG PLAN BRAVO. B-team moved to
WHISKEY and rejoined A-team, IAWP.
12:20 - Cmdr assessment that enemy has
shifted S of phase-line BRAVO. Auth. Elem-Delta to S&R OBJ #7.
Remaining forces concentrated on denial N of phase-line GOLF.
12:35 - Heavy
fighting N of OBJ #8. Blue-team officer KIA found w/ current orders, maps,
and asst intel. I2 reported to OPSCMD and papers secured @ DELTA.
12:45
- Elem-Delta reported OBJ #7. Unable to decode. Coded msg secured at
DELTA.
12:55 - Tasked B-team to OBJ #1. Advised covert insert.
Assigned Fast-attack boat.
13:00 - Rally A-team. Ordered attack towards
OBJ #5.
13:10 - B-team reported OBJ #1. Coded msg secured at
DELTA.
13:15 - OBJ #5 secured and coded msg recovered. Cmdr announced
OPER PLAN CHARLIE. Ordered withdrawal to DELTA for extract.
13:25 - Security pinned at phase-line BRAVO. Hvy attack by Blue. Unable to
maintain orderly withdrawal. Announced immeadiate retreat. Cut off
elem advised to use Fast-attack boat for egress.
13:30 - All forces and WIAs
extracted. Egress underway. Fast-attack boat rejoined main body @
sea. Oper cmnd transitioned to Naval officer.
SUMMARY:
Five of Eight objectives were found and
decoded. All OBJs visited. Loss of CIA Adv.s severely impaired
success. Force integrity/C3 maintained at all times. Secondary OBJ
not achieved. 11 KIA / 22 WIA / 2 MIA
ASSESSMENT:
1- Oper would have been complete
success if not for Adv.s KIAs.
2- Did not have sufficient force to cover both
ZULU and DELTA. Securing all territory N of phase-line BRAVO was not
possible.
3- Holding phase-line BRAVO was sufficient, but made
extraction more difficult.
4- One CIA Adv.s should stay w/ the Cmdr @ all
times.
5- B-Team very successful. Advise small/covert teams given
S&R tasks.
