Or own Cimmerian Brother Chris Powers, brought to Command's attention that there are going to be a number of Benefit Airsoft OPs for Scott Helventson Children. 

Scott was the US NAVY SEAL (ret.) operator who was working for Black water Security in Falujah, on 31Mar04.  The food convoy he was defending was attacked, 2 vehicles escaped, but all in Scotts 4x4 were killed in action, their bodies brutalized by fanatic Iraqis. Scott left behind 2 children, 12 and 14.

Some of our members had the honor of meeting Scott at OP:Iron Angel.  "Meeting Scott and the other participants from the show "Combat Missions" was defiantly a high point of the weekend".

After OP:IA Scott was hooked on Airsoft working with many people in the Airsoft community on projects up to the time of his demise. It is important that the Cimmerians and the Airsoft community at large to support Scott Helventson and honor the memory of a fine Father, Soldier & American that gave soo much. 

To this end - all proceeds from the Widows and Orphans Fund at OP EAGLE FLAME will go to this worthy cause. You are encouraged to participate and to donate as you are able.
